Kenneth Bowen
- Reviision Knee Arthroplasty
“I am 72 years old. When I was 69 I had a total knee replacement. I had a lot of pain and it felt like it was going to come out of my skin. My 2 sisters and brother had had knee replacements with good results by Dr. Stewart. So I came to see Dr. Stewart and he did a revision knee replacement. Now I can walk up to 8 miles in one day without pain and its only been 6 weeks since surgery.”

- ACL Repair
“I torn my ACL ligament in my right knee and could not walk well. My knee kept dislocating and was very painful. Dr. Stewart replaced my ACL as an out patient surgery. I was able to return to my sales job at ABC Warehouse 5 days after surgery standing on my feet. I highly recommend Dr. Stewart.”

- Revision Total Knee Arthroplasty
“I had a revision right knee arthroplasty and it feels great, much better then the first time I had it done. After my first surgery I had to go down the stairs backwards, holding the railing. Now I'm capable of going down the stairs forward and pain free. I feel 100% better thanks to Dr. Stewart.”

- Total Knee Arthroplasty
“Before surgery I could hardly walk on my left knee. I was in so much pain at the end of the day I dragged my knee. I had severe arthritis in my left knee. Dr. Stewart performed a minimally invasive left knee replacement surgery. I was in the hospital 2 days and went back to work in 4 weeks delivering pharmaceuticals to nursing homes. Now I can run after my grandchildren. I am pain free.”
Kay McDowell
- Spinal Decompression & Fusion
“I am 77 years old and I had spinal stenosis of my lower back. Dr. Stewart told me bone spurs were pinches my spinal cord. I could hardly walk because of the sharp pain in my back and legs. Dr. Stewart performed a spinal decompression and fusion of my lower back 3 weeks ago, August 12, 2013. Now the pain is gone and I'm walking at least a mile very day. I can work in my garden now and I'm getting stronger every day. I feel so much better.”

Now 6 weeks after surgery I can do anything with my knees. I can work in the yard, walk in the woods, do house maintenance and climb up on ladders. My knees feel normal. ”

I have more energy to do what I want to do when I get home. I can play with my grand babies now. I haven't had to take any pain medication since my last surgery. Thank you Dr. Stewart. ”

I went back to work at my machine shop only 3 weeks after surgery.”

- Shoulder Arthroplasty
“My shoulder was worn out and I had a lot of pain and limited use of my arm. Dr. Stewart replaced my arthritic shoulder with an artificial shoulder joint, 14 years ago. Since that time I've been able to use my shoulder normally and have had no pain. I can swim, golf, shovel snow, play baseball and basketball, carry my grandchildren, basically do anything with my new shoulder (14 years old) that I want. This is my photo. You can't tell which shoulder was my bad one. Thank you Dr. Stewart.”
Larry Valentine
- Shoulder Repair for Instability
“I am 41 years old and I'm a freighter deckhand on the Great Lakes. My left shoulder was crushed between a freighter boot and a seawall on May 20, 2013. I had 2 prior surgeries by other surgeons but I still couldn't work. Dr. Stewart operated on my shoulder a third time and performed a shoulder arthroscopy and a capsular shift to restore my shoulders strength and to stop it from dislocating. Prior to surgery it would dislocate even when I sneezed. I never thought I would be able to return to my line of work which I have done for years. But now I am able to return to work on the freighter and my shoulder feels rebuilt.”
Joseph Siniff

Since that time I have been able to play on a daily basis golf, bowl, and play paddleball without any restrictions or pain. In fact in paddleball I have competed in many tournaments. Over the last 15 years my knee has not let me down once.”
